Jacon Legal is looking for a commercial legal counsel to join a reputable multinational.

Legal review, drafting and negotiating different types of international contracts (more than 50% of your time).
Providing sound and pragmatic advice to the business.
Working on a wide range of legal topics and legal questions as they arise across the business, such as data protection, procurement matters, litigation, policies, different projects, etc.
Supporting the company in its everyday and periodic operations.

Master in law (civil law).
Willing to handle a wide variety of work including but not limited to commercial contracts.
Experience in an international environment with a focus on commercial contracts, ideally gained in Luxembourg. Experience in Luxembourg law is not requested.
Fluent in English, French and Dutch
Common sense and positive attitude.

A real no nonsense manager, who is open to your questions and from who you can learn a lot.
You can exchange experience and information with your peers based in different countries.
Depending on your experience, you will earn a gross salary up to maximum 6.000 euros per month, you can have a company car and parking space in the building.
The position is based at the office in Luxembourg. You can work from home or from an office in Belgium as long as you mainly work at the Luxembourg office.
