- Temporary legal assignments are filled very quickly after they are announced. We follow these requests on a daily basis and will contact you immediately if the assignment would suit you.
- If you are contacted by a company for a temporary assignment that has not yet been formally announced, but you cannot carry out that assignment yourself, you may receive a very attractive referral fee from us if we can fill the vacancy.

- It goes without saying that you are a person of integrity with good communication skills, and that you can easily get to grips with a new setting. You treat the staff and applicable procedures with respect.
- You assume the tasks and responsibilities allocated to you with care and attention.
- You have professional liability insurance.
- You have at least 2 years of experience, and have established an excellent reputation with clients and colleagues.

Jacon Legal is responsible for the contracts for both the candidate and the client. If necessary, we can provide you with time sheets to fill in that you get the client to sign. In general, all formalities between the freelancer and client go through Jacon Legal.
How will I be paid?

You invoice for your services to Jacon Legal on a monthly basis, and we pay you punctually within 30 days. So you can be sure that you will be paid correctly.

Freelancers set their own daily rates. Of course we are happy to advise you, based on our market knowledge and the client's possibilities. Jacon Legal charges a fixed supplement in addition to your rate, regardless of how much you charge. That means we have no interest in negotiating the highest possible rate with the client or in forcing your rate down
Is there any advantage to making referrals?

There certainly is. If a client contacts you for an assignment that you cannot accept yourself because you are not available or because you do not have all the required skills, and you refer that assignment to Jacon Legal, you will receive part of the income from the referral for a certain period of time.
