On 23 March, Jacon Legal was a guest at Business Club Legal, which on this occasion took place at the impressive CNH Industrial showroom in Wevelgem. There, we had the opportunity to give a presentation about the role of Legal in companies undergoing a transformation.
With transformations come uncertainties
This was an engaging and interactive gathering where a lot of ideas were exchanged about a subject that leaves nobody indifferent. As a legal counsel or legal manager, you are bound to come across uncertainty in times of transformation. It is crucial to have the necessary tools and knowledge at hand to be able to tackle these radical changes.
A transformation’s chance of success can be assessed in advance
One of things we saw is that a transformation’s chance of success can be perfectly assessed in advance, and that properly planning each stage with clear milestones can make a huge difference. When employees feel sufficiently involved in the transformation, they are motivated to stay on board and weather the storm together. This is a win-win situation for company and staff!
